With the success of Master Chef, Jamie Oliver and a number of other cooking shows, now more than ever we’re focused on food and how to create those gourmet masterpieces in our very own kitchen.
It isn’t always as easy as it looks though and sometimes our valiant attempts at creating a three-course delight, end up more of a disaster.
Sometimes all you need is a little guidance, a few tips here and there, a slight technique adjustment…
That’s where Food I Am comes in. Nurturing a passion for gourmet food with integrity, Food I Am introduces gourmet cooking classes to Wagga Wagga, encouraging you to expand your skill set through embracing a cosmopolitan approach to cookery.
Demonstration classes hosted by some of Australia’s greatest culinary chefs provide an insightful journey into gourmet food creation, while hands-on practical cookery workshops allow you to create a culinary delight in an interactive environment, providing you with the skills to recreate these delicious dishes in your very own home.
Learn the intricacies involved with Italian cooking from Sicilian-Australian Chef Dominique Rizzo, who is a regular on Channel 10’s Ready, Steady, Cook and The Circle. Or accompany Warren Thompson on a culinary journey to India, where you’ll dabble in authentic Indian cuisine, finished with a feast fit for a king.
